Shipping policy
- Total Care Pvt. Ltd staff will confirm the product size, name, phone number & shipping address for all Cash-on-Delivery orders. The customer is responsible for providing correct information at the time of the order.
- Any Order received before 2 p.m. on a working weekday can be processed for same-day delivery once the customer order is verified and confirmed.
- Total Care Pvt. Ltd shall confirm the order within 24 hours.
- All orders will be processed via Leopards Courier or TCS Courier services, depending on availability.
- If the courier company damages any item, it is the sole responsibility of the courier company, and a complaint should be lodged with the courier company.
- Total Care may keep documented photo evidence of the final shipment parcel sent for record purposes.
